Fees & Inclusions

Inclusions
  • Entry to all keynote, plenary and parallel sessions from 25 – 30 August.
  • Access to all poster sessions throughout the conference.
  • Workshops conducted during the conference.
  • Registration kit
  • Daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) on 26 August - 29 August, including Welcome Reception and afternoon tea on 25 August, and only morning tea and lunch on 30 August.
**Tickets to any pre- or post-conference workshops, social events, conference t-shirts and gala dinner are not included in the registration and can be purchased at an additional cost.

Currency conversion
The following rates are in Indian Rupees (INR). In the registration portal, you can select the appropriate fee category (listed in INR) and the exact amount based on the currency conversion rates on your day of registration will be deducted from your account. *Please note that according to the rules under the Indian government additional 18% GST will be charged on the registration fees.

Low Income and Middle-Income Nations

Participants from low- and middle-income countries are eligible to apply under the Developing nations category. If you are unsure of which category you fall in, kindly check here . Here, the list of Developed countries are given and rest of the countries are considered as Developing countries.

Accompanying person
If you are attending the meeting and have a partner, or other person who does not wish to attend the scientific program but would like to come along, this rate covers their attendance to the keynote, plenary and public talks, and catering services during the entirety of the conference. However, they are not eligible for attending any workshops or parallel sessions held during the conference.

Visa for India
International applicants will require a visa to enter India and applications must be made in advance. You are advised to apply for your visa as early as possible as some applications may take 4-6 weeks to process.

Letter of Invitation
Registered participants may require a letter of invitation to support their visa application, please email the Conference Secretariat and an invitation will be emailed to you, noting this does not imply any visa fee support for your participation at the conference. Register Now

Abstract submission We are now accepting abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The abstract submission portal can be accessed from your dashboard. General instructions for abstract submission: The abstract should not be longer than 300 words. Please upload a single PDF file on the abstract submission portal. Other details including presenter's email, list of co-authors, etc. need to be uploaded on the portal.
