All presenters must upload their final presentations to the organizers at the dedicated Speaker upload desk at the registration table.
Any technical requirements or special requests must be communicated by 20th August 2025.
Presenters must be registered for the conference to have their abstract included in the final program.
Oral Presentations
- Duration: A total of 10 mins will be allocated for each oral presentation with 8 minutes of talk and 2 minutes of Q&A. Talks will be strictly timed by moderators to maintain synchrony across concurrent sessions.
- Presentation format: Please prepare your presentation as EITHER a pc-compatible MS Powerpoint file or a PDF file in a 16:9 ratio for optimal display. Mac computers WILL NOT be available.
- Backup: Kindly bring a copy of your presentation on a USB drive (strongly recommended).
- Speaker upload: All speakers must visit the Speaker upload desk at least 1 day before their scheduled session (or as early as possible) to upload and test their presentation. The final version must be saved onto the designated stations in the Speaker upload desk (Location TBD).
- General comments: Videos and animations should be embedded in the presentation file.
- File name: Please name your file as LastName_SessionName.pptx
Poster Presentations
- Posters should be in portrait format with a maximum size of A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches by 46.8 inches).
- Posters must be printed and brought to the venue. Printing services will not be available at the conference.
- Posters can be set up from Day 1 at their assigned boards. Each poster should be placed on the designated board, ensuring the board number remains visible. You can find your assigned poster number closer to the date of the conference.
- Presenters should be available at their posters during the designated poster sessions.
- Poster boards and materials for mounting will be provided.
- In addition to the live presentation, all presenters must upload a digital copy of their poster as a PDF to generate interest, network and facilitate targeted interactions. Details for this will be communicated at a later date.
